IMPORTANT NOTICE
Refunds or exchanges are not available once a purchased item leaves the store, unless Distinguished Empire is at fault. Please verify your order carefully before proceeding.
Full payment is required to reserve items. If an error occurs on our part, returns will only be accepted if items are in resale condition (tags intact, no damage or odors). Items must be unopened, unworn, with tags attached, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
To initiate a return, email distinguishedempire143@gmail.com with "Return Request" in the subject line and include your name and return details in the body. We will respond with instructions within 1-2 business days.
For shipped orders, you have 24 hours to request a refund. All shipped orders require a three-business-day processing period. We are not responsible for postal delays, issues with the shipping company, or lost/stolen packages.
