Distinguished Empire Policy


Unless Distinguished Empire is at fault, there are no refunds or exchanges once a purchased item has left the store. Before proceeding, please carefully verify the accuracy of your order.

To secure the reservation of your items, full payment is required.

In case Distinguished Empire made an error, the item will only be accepted for return if it is in a condition suitable for resale (including intact tags, absence of holes, odors, and stains). Items failing to meet these requirements will not be approved. We will provide instructions on where and how to return the item. The item must be unopened, unworn, with tags still attached, and in the original packaging. Additionally, a receipt and/or proof of purchase will be required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at distinguishedempire143@gmail.com. In the subject line, indicate the item(s) you are returning. In the body, include your name and the details of your return. We will respond with instructions within 1-2 business days.

For orders that require shipping and delivery, you have a 24-hour grace period to claim your refund. Please note that all shipped orders undergo a three-business-day processing period before they can be delivered. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding! Please be aware that Distinguished Empire is not responsible for any delays or issues that may occur with the postal service or shipping company once a package has been dispatched. We are also not liable for any lost or stolen packages.
